Dear Zuck,

Lately, I really have been wondering if you are reading the minds of us poor social media managers out there. In the past couple weeks you have stepped up your game to satisfy the needs that we have. Oh, wait, I forgot to congratulate you on your recent marriage–Woot Woot! The first big news was the Facebook Pages App which has helped save me time with every other minute receiving a push notification on my phone. Okay, I must admit, it also helps my popularity because people think I am a text message queen. Your marketing at Facebook has stepped up too and put on their game faces. The Facebook Offers are epic for retail and restaurant small businesses. The reach from when a friend claims and shares the Offer is quite remarkable. Here is one we are running right now and it’s going viral. 

Wait wait, that’s not all, I almost forgot, you just added Promoted Posts too. This is yet, another way to help people be found on your ever so powerful Newsfeed. On a personal level the Facebook Camera is pretty radtastic but is missing the feel of Instagram, but that you can’t help–it is just hipster heaven. I know you are thinking, ‘this is too sweet, when will this girl ask me for something?’ True, you are reading my mind Zuck. I would LOVE it if you could please fix the Facebook Mobile App as well as the Facebook Pages app to be speedy, stop crashing, and fix the bugs. Any possible way you can do just that for me and the tens of millions of other folks out there? Keep up the good work.
